I'm posting this with a heavy heart....😥

As much as I love guns, shootin and everything that comes with it . . . it is taking up too much of my time. I am struggling to keep up with the everyday basics of cleaning and cooking and maintaining my home, so something has to give.
I have decided to get rid of my gear.

Below is a list of what is available. Serious inquiries only, and please, no low ball offers.
Thanks for reading and understanding. Here is what I have:

Riding lawn mower
weed eater
hedge trimmer
leaf blower
assorted shovels, rakes and hoes
assorted power tools
assorted hand tools
assorted paint brushes

When the inlaws were considering their move to FL, they asked hubby if he had any advice for them. His only suggestion was to live in a community with all maintenance provided by the HOA.

That maybe ok for some. But in there you can't shoot off the porch.

walkin jack, good luck to you with your plans. We're planning on polishing our house up a little and getting out of Pittsburgh this coming year. One more payment (January) and we'll see how our plan works out. Every time I go down the cellar, garage, shed, etc., I look at all these tools & stuff I have and all her stuff and keep wondering what to do. I know a storage rental is in our near future. I move into a new place and I'm gonna need all my stuff. I gave a lot of my HVAC & electrical stuff to my son, but only stuff that I had more than one of.
Again, good luck with your move and thinning of the herd.

I had the same problem with the first five items on your list until I found a wife who loves to garden and do lawn care "stuff." I figure I can handle three of the eight.

A Florida HOA community is a fate worse than death. Every old curmudgeon and busybody in your business 24/7.

I moved into a condo 7+, The HOA is a bunch of people that suffer from one of two things. 1) way too much time on their hands. 2) a desire to Lord over others and impose their will on the unwilling!

Since I grew up in the property business, when they wish to lord over me, I warn them of the impending legal (insert nasty word) storm they are calling down upon themselves! When I have had to sue idiots, I sue the organization and the individual. Then I nicely remind them that their whims are not the law of the land. Usually, the biggest idiot in the bunch has ticked off enough people that they get voted out the next term. Then they always ask me to be on the board, to which I tell them, "I did this for 44 years and got paid to do it! IT IS WORK, and I don't work for free!"

Mom had her condo for 13 years; Her HOA will probably be in jail soon for diversion of funds!
