I was at an estate sale and the following Imperial BSA Set minus the spoon was marked $1 so I couldn't resist. I also picked up the Letherman for $1.

wow! These sets have been around for some time then.

Can you guys tell me if the spoon has any markings on it. i.e.
BSA, Imperial etc...?

I want to try and find one.

Thanks..

I just checked mine, from about 1958-60. Says STAINLESS U.S.A.

I have a set that I found in 1951 on the ocean side of Point Loma, SanDiego. At that time there were still gun emplacements on the ocean side. I don't think it is the same brand as yours, but it looks the same.

Here's my set from 1955. It's made by Shrade. I also have my cook set and toiletries kit.

I like the leather pouch too. They had already switched to the plastic when I got mine.
