Congrats to my Hoosier neighbors.

I have had a carry permit for over 50 years and I and others don't think this is such a great idea as written. The qualifications as written are 18 yrs or older and no felony CONVICTIONS. Many people in our catch and release state are arrested for multiple felonies over a period of time only to have them dropped in plea agreements by pleading guilty to lesser charges. Also with this being an open carry state envision a group of heavily armed teens in public areas. Who is going to walk up and demand to check IDs for age?
