Infected Email - Trojan Warning

Just received an email from "United Parcel Service of America" and my McAfee program quarantined it as "infected with one or more Trojans." The subject line is "Postal Tracking #CU76Y34314OS51L" and the return address is "[email protected]."
DO NOT OPEN THIS EMAIL OR THE ATTACHMENT WITH IT!
