INFO ON A 638

My wife bought this 638 in 2015. It said on the box it was a special edition. I'm looking for when was manufactured and how many was produced. Anyone with any information will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

Found this on the Guns International site. It was marked as SOLD so no price given.
