Is there a Left Handed M&P Sport?

I'm a lefty and every time I shoot an AR I get the exhaust going right up my nose. I'm looking at getting the M&P Sport due to pricing for my first AR but I really want to get a lefty model. Does anyone know if there's a lefty model?

I'm a lefty and don't have the problems you have. I wonder if there might be a different fix other than buying an expensive gun. Have you tried putting the stock a little further back?

Hnm. There are lefty in the army but they fire without the brass hitting their face. I never did bother to ask how they did it
 
Stag Arms is the only maker of a "left-handed" AR type rifle of which I am aware.

S&W certainly does not make one with the ejection port and controls all reversed, if that is what you mean.
 
Yeah my only issue has been the exhaust going up my nose. I keep my right arm down so I don't get hot brass on my bicep. Rastoff you might be right about having the stock all the way back. I've used my one friends and maybe he has it closer i don't know?

If you want the AR platform... Stag arms and done.. it is the original and flat out works. I'm building an upper for a friend as we speak..

I'm a lefty and I stick my nose to the charging handle and don't have the gas problem, or even brass to the face. Could your rifle be overgassed?

That's a great choice.... it's exactly the one I looked at with the Diamondhead hand guard. You'll love it. I have like 5-6 AR's with several different Diamondhead hand guards and sights.

Doesn't make sense to "settle" for a rt hand AR if you are a lefty...
