So I've been looking into getting an M&P as a Winter Carry gun later this year and I just noticed something shocking on the product pages, apparently the M&P 2.0 Compact is somehow a good 3oz heavier than the full-size M&P. I thought that the M&PC was just a smaller version of the full-size, so how/why does it weigh more?

Honestly, I assuming (hoping) that this is some sort of error in which S&W swapped the weights between the Full-size and Compact M&P, otherwise this is completely ridiculous.
Also, what's the difference between Melonite and Armornite?
