is this the right price for new loads?

found some really cheap ammo. $15 for .40 $13 for .38special.. etc before I buy I just wanted to make sure these aren't reloads or really crappy ammo. Georgia Arms - .357 MAG

Georgia arms IS a reloading company. They mfg./sell ammo with new components and ammo with "used" cases. Never shot any as I roll my own. Heard nothing but good reviews on their stuff.;

l have shot/purchased both their new and reloaded ammo...Their ''new'' ammo is usually loaded in Starline brass.. Their reloads l have used were mixed brass. Good ammo...

Several companies use either new brass or used brass in their loadings.............

New brass is higher in cost.

The used brass is usually factory one time fired brass that cost a little less, for those that want to save a little money on their ammo and do not mind "Mixed" brass.
