I didn't get a discount code, but I did get the El Paso "Double Agent" holster. Well made, good retention.

This is kind of an old thread but it depends on what you order from El Paso and the turn around. I ordered a custom 1917 holster for a 6 1/2" 2nd Model HE in .44 Special with a "Texas" belt made to my specifications and it took about 6 months and a few emails but it is very much worth it.

Thanks Glashaus. I just ordered the 1930 Austin holster, no stamping or tooling. That is a nice looking holster and belt.

My order for the "Double Agent" took about 8 weeks. I placed the order in the middle of November and received the holster in the middle of January. As to be expected, the new holster was quite stiff, so I loosened the retention screw and forced the pistol all the way down and left it like that. After several days, the new holster conformed itself to the pistol and I then readjusted the retentioner screw to my liking.https://epsaddlery.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/elpasosaddlery_double_agent_photo2.jpg

Thanks hd1. I wasn't sure this holster would be tight or not. I'm still working on conforming one I have had for a couple of years. I recently read a suggestion on getting the belt slots to conform so I'm trying that.

Do you happen to have a picture of your #2 thumbreak N-frame holster...……………………………………...M*

I've got a fine crossdraw piece from El Paso Saddlery for my 3" Model 29. Love it, but wish it had 2 belt loops instead of one big loop hole. I carry it in the woods with multiple layers of clothes and the part that keeps it snug to my belt is softening a bit so it doesn't fit as snugly.

I have been wondering about this. There's no picture of the back side of the 1930 Austin I order and it doesn't mention belt width on the order. Can you post a picture of the back side of your holster? Thanks.
