My buddy (Class III FFL) found these in his "stuff" and gave them to me "just because". Well, because they're Israeli.

As you can see the bullets are hollow points but you have to look hard.

From the M14 Forum online I found this:

When a round of M852 was broken down, here is what was revealed, The case Head Space was the same as a Mil Match 7.62 round. The OAL was 2.825". Power charge was 44.4 grains of what appears to be 4894. Primer is unknown, probable cci #34, which I think is a mag primer. Sierra 168 on top.

This is just FYI if anyone is interested. It's all I know except I know where to get the Hebrew translated and I will.

The Hebrew translates as regular bullets for snipers. More or less.
