RHK, I told you these guys would set you straight. I wish I could have helped more myself, but my feeble memory only works when I have my books handy. and most of those books were written by the members of this forum!

Glad to see you got it where you need it. Now lets see a target, maybe.

Congrats as that's a real beauty and I'm glad everything worked out.

Bill Oglesby said NOT to shoot it!

"Don't shoot it it's WAY too collectible and valuable! I would put the condition in about 90 to 95 %! "

Thanks so much you guys!

Lot's of folks are fixin' up these old revos!

Well worth it and well done. :)

Rouge, I see its a large knob ejector rod. Could we get a partial on the serial number? I hope you shoot it. If it has honest wear that trigger may be broken in just right. If it was a 98% gun then i would give shooting it a little more thought.

Glad it turned out well for you. Those are
wonderful weapons and a blast to shoot.
As long as you take care of it and don't
put any idiot marks on the finish it will not
hurt a thing to shoot it some.
I shoot all 3 of mine. 2 one-liners from 1947
and a 1948 gun as well.
Have fun with it.

Chuck

Very Nice before and after! I hope you still kept the jaeger scope base

I kept the base!

If it is sold it will be sold as a package deal.
