Have you checked out Kholsters?
Products
$49 and free shipping, my buddy got one, not for a sigma but he's been real happy with the holster. They make the full moon version for the Sigma's

I have not heard of that brand....they look interesting..I'm only concerned about that large circle of leather against my body getting uncomfortable after a while....not to get too gross with personal information but I sweat a lot and I could see that patch of leather getting hot. Also I was probably going to carry with a laser attachment...but that's later to come.

I'd say the post just above came while waiting for dinner.
Actually, you'll find alot of fans of the Kholster if you do a search. The leather will keep that sweat from you gun if you think about it.
But what you'll find most people do is find the best carry, cant, etc., then trim off the excess table top.

Missed the part about the laser later. That does present a problem for most holster's I've seen so far. My only laser equiped is house and range only for now, so I haven't looked for holsters yet.

I guess if I want to conceal carry a laser sighted firearm I need to consider OWB or Shoulder Holsters. PDL if you find a good iwb holster that fits a laser attachement let me know.

I carry a SW40VE in a Kholster on a daily basis. It has a slight forward cant and the Kydex is just below the pant waist. Having two clips and carrying at the 3 o'clock position keeps it secure and allows me to carry while driving without feeling like I have a tent stake in my kidney.

The Kholster is very comfortable, it's smooth grain against your skin. And as PDL says you can trim it however you like and it adjusts to any angle.. I left mine as-is.. I'm considering Lobo's IWB for a new 4516.

If you really want to carry with a laser IWB or OWB I would check out Raven Concealment. They will run you about $100 but they are well worth it. The Sigma isn't listed but if you e-mail him and ask he may have a mold for it.

Just remember, concealing a gun is no fun if the holster isn't comfortable and doesn't work well.

Thanks all for the suggestions! I'm looking into it further with the brands you all mentioned. I've been talking with Ray at Loboleather and he also said he'd be willing to make a IWB for the sigma if I didnt mind waiting a few weeks while he got a form for it. I'm definitely going to check out all the ones you mentioned though.

Recomend using an undershirt (wife beater, T-shirt, etc) between the skin and Kholster.

In summer, I'd use a wife beater under and them tuck in my polo-type work shirt to make the Kholster and sidearm disappear.

With winter upon us and bulkier garments appropriate, I find myself using OWB holster with more frequency. When I need to be able to shed the sweatshirt or fleece, I will use the Kholster with a T-shirt or long johns under and a long sleeve work shirt tucked in as above.

With the bit of cotton undershirt between the body and the Kholster, I find it very comfortable. Can wear it all day in comfort...
