buy the highest quality holster you can afford....many of mine are Kramer #3, Milt Sparks VM-2's, with some Galco, DeSantis, Bianchi, Alessi, Del Fatti, Brommeland, Lobo gunleather, Rafter, etc
Also be sure to invest in a good sturdy belt...if you can fold it in half it is NOT sturdy enough.
If you like the hybrid holsters,I picked one up from a site sponsor-Alien gear, and like it so far. A plus for me are the available j clip or snap loop retention and the ability to change shells for other autos. I have the same holster backing set to my liking for my 908, m&p 40c, CZ 75 compact and Shield 9mm. The original holster for one gun was under 30 bucks and each shell is under 13 bucks. If you like hybrid holsters thats hard to beat.
