J frame action work...

Called S&W yesterday about sending my 649-5 back for some action work from the performance center. I was informed the performance center did not do "action work", they only did something called a trigger enhancement. What's the difference and is it worth the $75 cost. I was hoping they had some package that would include replacing all the MIM parts, but doesn't look like it. I'm a little bit bummed about the whole thing. Any suggestions for quality action work at reasonable prices?
