With all the political talk and things going on in the news, I missed that Joey Feek passed away. I only became acquainted with her and her husband's music in the past year after she became sick. What a talent she was. She wrote and sang such beautiful and inspiring songs about love, Christianity and life. She wrote top songs for other musicians as well. God called back one of His angels.

I've been a fan for many years and always watched her and her husband's shows on RFDTV. She was a class act even to the end. I will miss her. RIP Joey.

... but I think that is a really sad story and her family has my sympathies.

She was a wonderful lady.I only live 5-6 miles from their farm and restaurant.Joey and her whole family are just nice down to earth people.My wife and I will miss her very much and our heart goes out to her husband Rory and daughters Heidi,Hopie and Indiana and all the rest of her family.

Beautiful lady and beautiful voice. RIP. Amazes me how some of these no talent hacks get all the attention and someone like Joey and Rory never get enough.

Indeed, it is so heartbreaking her girls are so young and will grow up without their mom by their sides. They will miss what so many take for granted....the simple little things. Joey and Rory's deep love and respect for each other was clear. It is a very sad story. The good is her legacy of songs and strong family. God bless them.
