I'm sharing the link as it is a fact-based piece of writing, one that debunks much of the anti-gun rhetoric we collectively face. He was on last evening with Piers Morgan, and I've never ever saw someone treated so rudely. I nearly broke my tv.

Logic is purely not working & I can't buy that there are so many otherwise succesful people that are so narrow minded or just plain stupid enough to really believe any of the proposed gun restrictions are going to do DIDDLY-SQUAT to control the criminally insane or career criminal.

I am more & more convinced the true agenda is simply to move the US citizen one more step closer to subservient subjects.

The issues are not public safety, children's welfare, or crime control. It's ALL about the control!

I never understood why any pro-gun person goes to that show to make a point.
Clearly, an intelligent discussion is not the goal of Pierce Morgan other than he bully his guests, don't let them make any point and pushed to answer his few prepared questions...

His famous " which one of the President's 30+ proposal you support" question is always presented as "by the end of this weekend will you stop beating your wife? Yes or NO? "
No matter how you answer it'll make you look bad. Cause he won't let you talk and say "well I never ever hit my wife in my life".

He presents that "30+proposal" question like if each one of those points are something magically stop the gun violence.
When people respond as "none, because none of those measures will make anything to stop the gun violence" then he acts like these gun-nuts are impossible to deal with.

Again, I never understood why to honor this British piece of .... by going to his program only to hear, idiot, stupid, dangerous man or a man who gets pleasure of seeing little children executed kind of insults.

I couldn't stand the interview which I came across while channel surfing and changed the channel after watching this nonsense for 5-6 minutes.

Can you believe that this guy (Pierce Morgan) was the same person who pointed out when an American presidential candidate criticized the flaws of the security at the London Olympics.

At that time he was keep talking about how rude an unprofessional for an outsider to go abroad and criticize the host country and their methods of doing things...

I wonder why that rule doesn't apply to him?

John R Lott is spot on in his article. But, I don't see where the truth or facts is helping us much. The current attacks on the 2A are about emotion & the story being told over & over to the public, which is "Isn't this awful, we must do something, etc."

I would love to see Piers Morgan interview Chris Matthews. Neither one can ever keep their mouths shut long enough to let their guests answer a question and I'm thinking both would be covered with each others spittle and there would be bruises on their pasty white bodies from the beating of their lips.

And yet there are so-called gun owners here on this site that think that UBC's and other gun control mechanisms (i.e. No Card/Training, No Gun) are perfectly "reasonable".
