Josh is finally coming home today!

The family is all gathered up in JAX, and all the welcome home decorations are up. We are getting ready to head down to Mayport Naval Station to welcome his ship, the USS Jason Dunham back from the Red Sea. His ship is part of the Truman Task Force and was extended three different times. They were originally slated to come home in mid-April. We are very excited to see him and have hopefully made his homecoming an event to remember.

I hope you and your family have a fantastic reunion with Josh! With the world events lately, extended duty is not out of the norm - it's been a crazy world!

We just got back home to Josh and Andrea’s new house. Other than facetime, Josh hadn’t seen it yet, with Andrea doing all the work of dealing with the realtor and purchasing it with Josh’s input from half a world away. The homecoming on the pier was everything we had anticipated it would be and we are so grateful to finally have him home.
