There is nothing like the smell of Juicy Fruit gum. That is one of the best things about living in south Hall County. I live about 3/4 mile from the Wrigley gum factory. On certain days, when the breeze is just right, you can smell the flavor of the day. This evening when I got out of the van it was Juicy Fruit. Awesome way to end the work week!!

I have not had gum since I was 10 or 12. I'm 35 and my dentist keeps yelling at me convinced I'm chewing gum

I pass Nebisco at least once a week. If you're within a 3 mile radius on a calm day you have an uncontrollable desire to have a cookie. On a windy day....extend that to 5 miles

When I lived in Orlando there were two periods of olfactory wonderfulness....
1. Orange blossom time (we lived next to a big orchard) :)
2. When the Donald Duck Orange Juice factory was running.

P.S. I've never seen a can of Donald Duck Orange Juice and wonder if it was made for the Disney parks  or if it's sold in stores.....

When I was a little 'un in the '50s, my mom always bought frozen Donald Duck concentrated orange juice in the can. Haven't looked to see if it is still in stores or not.

Back in the early 70's, my sister used an empty Donald Duck OJ can as a hair roller. She would roll her hair around the can every night before she went to bed.

They sell it at Giant food stores here in PA. Doesn't sell very well.:(

According to Google Earth I am 38 air miles from Gilroy and if the weather conditions are just right I can smell them making garlic and onion powder. I smelled the onions last week.

I'm sorry but I'm stuck on the 2 blonds and the theme "Double your pleasure and double your fun". Wrong gum but the fantasy is so much better.

From a guy that has spend way too many hours in one of those torture chairs. I don't by into the idea that chewing gum is a bad thing. I think that chewing gum after a meal is a great way to clean food particles from all those nooks and crannies between your teeth.
Just my thoughts.

The Twizzlers factory was located on the St. Louis riverfront in the 60s. It always made a trip to the ball game extra savory.

My grandmother always had Juicy Fruit gum in her purse. If you were a good boy, you could have half a stick.

Funny the things you miss.

My grandmother lived in a different state. When she'd send my mother a letter, she'd drop a stick of Juicy Fruit in the envelope for me.

Yeah, funny little things you remember.

You're lucky - I'm about two miles from a large feedlot. When the wind is out of the North, I'd swear I was standing next to the White House.

Oh ya????? Well you can have it back..When the wind shifts from the South then I get it...Or from the West, there's another one...:o

Or as the saying goes...Smell the Money.....
