This invite was posted on the other forum, and I wanted to expand it to those who may not visit there. A half dozen of us got together last year at the Dinosaur BBQ, and there has been talk about having another get together. My neighbor and I having a combined party on saturday, July 4th, and any member here who is close enough to attend is welcome. This is open to families, and I'm sure that kids who come are going to have FUN!
We are asking guests to sign up to bring a dish or dessert to pass. We are offering burgers, dogs, chicken, and venison. There will be adult beverages, soda and lemonade/juice.
Just to provide more info, the party goes into the night, so if anyone feels like throwing a tent up in the yard, there is plenty of room. My neighbor told me today that he has 53 people who RSVP'd, so C'MON! WE NEED A STRONG CONTINGENT!
Between us we have:
a 30' above ground pool, an 18' x 36' inground pool, a 15' trampoline, kickball, volleyball, bocce, horseshoes, a neat little game with blunted magnetic lawn darts.
