I was watching Glenn Beck on The Blaze when he mentioned he had just been informed that his friend Vince Flynn passed away from prostate cancer. I have read "American Assassin", "The Last Man," and "Kill Shot." I really enjoyed his books and am sorry to hear of his passing. RIP Mr. Flynn.

Awful news. Both my wife and I are big fans. I saw him on FoxNews not too long ago -- he looked fine.

A great author with a leason to all us 'guys'.......Get checked, every year....A 5-10 second exam once a year, Can and will save your life.....It doesn't make you less manly to get checked. It just makes you 'alive'.

I happened upon his books after hearing about them on Rush Limbaugh's show. I bought the first one, which isn't a Mitch Rapp novel, and immediately got hooked.
While his novels aren't the technical thrillers, such as those written by Tom Clancy, they're absolutely riveting.
It makes one wonder why we can't have folks of such moral clarity as leaders.
