K-frame: clip conversion, what depth?

Hi guys,

My 66-3 is at the toolshop to make it ready for clips.
Does anyone know what depth the recess should be?
My N-frame 627 is 0,7mm (about 0.0275")
I checked TK-custom, all .38/.357/.41/.44 clips are 0.025"

Just want to double check with you, ....it can't be undone

Moon clips

I will assume you are asking about moon clips for your revolver! I would buy the moon clips before making the cut! Then you will be able to measure the clips you will be using.
