Comes with CT Laserguard, 2 mags, Desantis Nemesis pocket holster, Mitch Rosen pocket holster, both fit the gun with the laser on it. Also since Kahr states to shoot 200 rounds thru the gun to break it in I will include 200 rds of ammo. Bought the gun for my wife but she doesn't like it so off it goes.
