I'm trying for the flat straight kind. This one is doing great!! The best extension I had with the first two was 45 degrees. The new one is already at 8 degrees and still stretching.

Did the wire ties cost extra or are you already on Abominable care?? Don't remember seeing any of them on my knee.

I imagine I paid dearly for them. This was a revision, so he had to remove the previous appliance. I lost another CM on the low side, and when they were driving (yes, with a 4lb hammer) the new one in, the bone split. He wasn't nearly as excited as I was, and it's doing great. I have the other knee scheduled for 20 Aug. I can't wait.
