Hi:
Went with my BIL to the gunshow in Knoxville Sunday afternoon.
Entering the auditorium the first thing that came to mind was "With all the firearms in Tennesse, it would be a mistake for an "Evil Country" to invade this state".
My BIL was attempting to sell a real nice condition Ruger Mini-30 with a five and a 20 round magazines, scope, sling, and 400 rounds of ammo for $550.00. He had a few inquires but folks were looking for a Mini-14 .223.
Tons of "Black Rifles and Pistols" and a good number of Smith and Wesson Revolvers.
Cash money seen to be very scarce.
I didn't exam anything, as my rule is "If you are not buying, don't bother the seller and keep your hands in your pocket"!
I did observe two young men at a table with several Smith and Wesson Revolvers for sale. One was a blued Model 29-2 with a 6" or 6.5" barrel.
What caught my eye was it had a "Flat" thumb latch like on an early Model 36?. Tag Price-$469.00
