Outstanding! Just goes to show that condition isn't everything; at least not everything on original, or mostly original, 1870's/1880's vintage Colt Single Actions. Apparently the barrel serial number matches or Kopec would have stated otherwise…..and probably would have come to a different conclusion.

I was wondering WHY a Cavalry model was 4 3/4" (looked at pic's first) then I read the specifics in the letter. Pretty cool!
