L.A. Police Gear- Great customer service

L.A. Police Gear is not a place for everyone. They sell a lot of "tactical" stuff. I'll admit that most of it is targeted toward the AR crowd.

Still, I shop there regularly. I've bought everything from t-shirts to flashlights. They usually have decent prices and fast shipping (doesn't hurt that they're only 100 miles from me).

Anyway, I placed an order the other day and paid a little more for faster shipping because their site told me it would be delivered by Thursday. Well, Thursday arrived and I got an email that they had just shipped it. That just chapped my hide because I paid extra. So, I sent them an email complaining about this. In fact, I told them I felt cheated.

Surprisingly, I received a response quickly. I expected to hear something about "shipping policy" and "we have no control over..." or some such. What I actually got stunned me.

Angela from LAPG apologized and actually refunded ALL the shipping cost. Yes, not just the extra I paid, but the whole shipping charge; free shipping.

So, they're tops in my book. They didn't have to do that, but they have reinforced my trust in the company and I will continue to shop there.

I've had several transactions with LA Police Gear. Good merchandise, good service and fast shipping. No complaints. I'd recommend them to anyone--and have.
