Haven't been to this show for quite some time maybe 1-2 years. Sunday was my 69th birthday so me and the wife went to the show. I realize I may have been out of the gun show circuit for some time but prices seemed to have increased by quite a bit. For instance.
Swiss k31 bayonet normally less than 100 bucks. $150
British Enfieild All numbers matching with two bayonets $850
used Glocks 9mm and 40 $499
Model 19's prices ranged from about $700 on up
Didn't see any model 10's
22 ammo about 10 cents a round and up depending of who was selling it.
Not much powder or primers, some dealers selling brass, bullets both jacketed and cast bullets.
Did get a very good deal on unique powder though.
Didn't spend much money or see anything that said take me home. One dealer had a cutdown P14 in 303 british with the label "made by gibbs model 2A" for $400.
Then we went to Ruby Tuesdays for a nice meal.
Nice apple pie for the birthday cake.
Someone said that he wondered if with all the recent school shootings in gun free zones may contribute to another rush on guns, reloading supplies and related stuff. Hard to judge on my part but maybe he was right. Normally this show is packed on saturdays. Since we went on sunday it was far less crowded. Frank
