Well since they are evil and unlawful send them to me through my FFL I will pay shipping and then you will be legal by not owning them any longer. This is a limited time offer after1 week you will also need to send a check in the amount of $220.00 for my inconvenience.

So I guess the FFL will have to sell them out of state when they receive them. I like #4, I wonder if these legislators will be reelected.
