I see that Laugo Arms USA has started to ship some of their new Creator Line.

They are starting with a Limited Edition of 500 guns exclusively for the United States market. (Good Marketing I guess)

I think they are a very good looking pistol.

"What market are they aimed at?"

Same crowd that is buying the new $125k pickup trucks with one piece painted tonneau covers and polished oak floor beds.

Oh, I see! I didn't know about that market. My truck is a 1998 Nissan Frontier with 198,xxx miles on, lots of replacement parts, and still runs fine.

I never thought a polished oak floor but, hmm. maybe next year I'll add that?!?!?! :D

We've had some arrive in South Africa including the Creator Line. Amazing guns but I could get 4-5 pinned and recessed N frames for that price.

The gun is designed for competition. Particularly for competitions where speed is critical.

I guess you could say the market for the pistol is competition shooters that want to win and are seeking out any possible technical advantage to help their cause.

I also have an Alien and have a Creator on order.

It is the flattest and fastest shooting pistol I own. It is also one of the most accurate pistols I own if not the most accurate. The grip is comfortable, the slide and frame are both steel, the grip module is alloy, no plastic in the gun.

The pistol has bullseye accuracy and a great trigger, what's not to like.

Is it expensive? Yes, but it comes with a full complement of accessories and is priced at or under the price of the pistols in the same market class. Have you priced the upper end 2011's lately? It's not made for shooting tin cans in the back yard.

I'm not a rich man nor am I a competetive shooter, but I do have an appreciation for well designed and manufactuered pistols, especially those of unique and new designs.
