One holster has an integral security strap that uses strap slot to brass tab. I have "zoned" on correct verbiage. I want to render strap-only softer much more flexible, Years ago I used natural products to rejuvenate all leather on 1950s Swiss Army framed rucksack. I still have yhe rucksack. I lost both products years ago. I welcome suggestions.

I make my own, but if I was buying, it would be Pecard's Antique Leather Dressing.

Years ago for baseball & softball gloves I used this:

I was able to restore gloves that were in horrible shape.

Something that is readily available is mink oil. You can get it where shoe/boot care products are sold.

I've used Lexol products for years with great success...holsters, boots, leather attache, knife sheaths, baseball gloves, and leather car and motorcycle seats. They have deep conditioners and cleaners, and I usually buy mine at the local Ace Hardware and they're reasonably priced. Good luck!

Ballistol. I just used it to clean corrosion in the snaps and soaked the strap on an old holster I just bought.
