I wondered how long this was going to take. There was no way that Obama could fulfill the hopes, dreams and wishes of those who elected him.
He has broken every campaign promise he made. He has done the opposite of what he said he would do. He has continued the "failed policies" of Pres Bush.
This is why I predict the Supreme Court pick will be a sop to the Left, someone really horrible.
I think it's hysterical that "Barrel Shroud" McCarthy is complaining we've had more pro-gun legislation under Obama than under Bush. Good.

Dear 'The Rabbi'

I seem to recall, 'vividly', your lampooning my observation of that the same point, in another post here.

Perhaps, yet, I have inspired you and others to capitalize on this profound opportunity to get as much Pro-Gun/Pro 2A legislation as we dare.

The time is right. The perfect storm is before us. Urge our 'friendly' lawmakers to put more Pro-Gun initiatives and amendments into other bills. Fight hard and let them know we demand our rights. Tell them, the penalty for failure will be a trip to the unemployment line.

Make them respect and fear us. NOW IS THE TIME!

WHat I lampooned was the idea that it was intentional on his part and especially that it was good for us overall. I still feel that.
He might attach mandatory reciprocity for carry permits to "cap and trade" taxation. He might attach a reopening of the machine gun registry to national health care.
You would be rejoicing and dancing in the streets. Until you realized that he had thrown you a carrot and shtupped you while you were bending over to pick it up.
My political interests run more than guns. I don't define freedom solely as the ability to buy and carry guns. I have a lot more than that on my plate. And so should everyone else.

If they close Guantanamo they should ship the detainees to Alaska. Give them 65 degrees until they tell us every thing they know.

Don't they know that OUR government figures tell us that the Brady Bill and the AWB did no good.

What I find amazing is this. When you look at all the Presidents weve had in the last 30yrs: Obama is the least qualified. Whether running a state or military service they were all way ahead of this pretender we have now. Obama ran what? CEO of what? Military service? Ha! The King has no clothes.
