light blue vs dark blue

i don't know about you guys,but i like the light blue background much better than the dark. But sometimes for no good reason it just goes into the dark background mode.I can see much better with the light background......what you say ???

Light blue: The dark does not work for my eyes.

It changes to dark on mine also. It will be fine then when opening up a thread it will go to dark blue. After a couple of times of that I just log off an go to other things for a while rather than fight it..

Me too - The dark blue gives me a headache after a short while.
I've never had the format change by itself though - It just stays light blue....

I'm over 70 and have vision problems, I can't see the dark blue, and it causes me serious eye strain. Back to the original light blue.

Dark blue works best for me. Mine never jumps to a different color.

Mine jumps to dark at times but I like the light one best and change it back quickly.
