I have just received three photos from Ray Cory at Lobo Gunleather of my latest acquisition -- a modified pancake holster with a "Hank Sloan" flap over the cocked-and-locked hammer (yes, it's a C..., a .45 stainless Commander.) Although I haven't had the holster in my hot little hands yet, I can tell from the photos it's a peach, and as it's my third holster from Ray, there's no doubt about the quality of the leather and workmanship. He also has sent photos of a modified Avenger style that is really attractive. If you have a hankering for something special, give Ray a call -- he will work with your ideas (up to a certain point of absurdity or patent violation) and he obviously has a great deal of knowledge about what works and doesn't work if you're not sure of what it is you want.
