Lone Wolf?

One of my automated gunstuff emails came in this morning (Maybe GunsAmerica, not sure) with a link to an article that Lone Wolf- the Glock Accessory guys- were now making parts for the M&P Shield. They suggested a visit to the website to see what was available.

I followed the link to the website and there was not even a hint of anything Smith and Wesson even in the works. Anyone know anything about it? It would be cool if they make conversion barrels- 45 to 9mm would make the decision very easy for me, if that is even possible.

Nobody does conversion barrels from 45 to 9mm for any gun brand. I don't think is possible. There are great companies making parts for the M&P not sure what's really missing or what could LW bring any different.

KKM makes conversion barrels and replacement barrels, apex is doing barrels too , I believe soon they are going to do conversions to 40-9, also they make almost every single trigger part and upgrades. Blackinduestries and some other just started doing barrels for the shield.

Yeah, I have never seen a 45-9 conversion, either. I was just dreaming. Probably issues with the spring and magazines...oh well. I'll keep dreaming.

The Lone Wolf brand caught my eye because I work with a Glock guy who has a lot of their stuff and has nothing but good things to say about them. I've been on the fence about a 9mm Shield for awhile now, but I'm much more of a revolver fanatic, so I just haven't gotten there, yet.
