Hello. Can anyone recommend an OWB, Kydex belt holster for a 3953? I searched the forums, and there are past recommendations for BladeTech and DeSantis. DeSantis shows only choices in leather, and they are out of stock and BladeTech doesn't seem to have any at all for the 3953.

I'd like a combination belt and paddle, but the belt is my primary choice. And I am not interested in those IWB, tuck holsters.

Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestions. No one seems to specifically offer a holster for the 3913/3953 in Kydex. Raven didn't have one. Still looking.

Call 'em up - they can make one even if they have to use your gun to model it. They are in northern Ohio, and for a cop they might just tell you to drive over and they'll make it.

I'll second Raven Concealment based on reputation, and yes, contact them directly and they might be able to do a special order.

Dale Fricke Holsters also enjoys an excellent reputation among the kydex crowd.

Alternately, about every gun show I go to there's a set-up for making custom kydex holsters on the spot as you wait; have to have your weapon with you so they can properly mold. Might be a solution.

Interesting. Maybe I'll try that....

A holster for a 3913/3914 may not fit a 3953. The 3953 being DAO has a slide that is about a 1/4" longer than the DA 3913/3914. This extra length may cause issues with the retention strap. Just something to watch for.
