Side Guard Holsters makes a good affordable clip-style leather IWB for K-frames. What's nice about it is the clip is offset from the cylinder to reduce bulk/printing. The proprietor is a member of this forum.

Everyone has different likes and dislikes, as well as comfort levels, when it comes to concealed carry holsters. I personally have never really liked any IWB holster I've ever tried because the added bulk of the holster just makes carrying a gun even more uncomfortable; so, I usually end up sticking the gun in my waistband, not that I am recommending that for you.
Only problem for me with doing it, is that sometimes when I sat down the gun would pop out. I read an article about clipdraw holsters and thought I'd try it out. And I love it. It's not going to be a popular mode of carry for everyone, but it works for me. They make them for any gun... autos and revolvers.
Below is the URL for the clipdraw revolver section.

Try Blade-Tech.com very thin kydex. I wear mine 12 to 14 hrs a day. The great thing about kydex is you never sweat through it like leather and the holster stays open for easy one hand reholster. Kydex is half as thick as leather making it comfortable to wear.

If you want something that isn't fancy, but works, try the Bianchi Model 100 Professional.

Make sure your holster has a renforced top. this makes reholstering easy.

Like -db- I have Side Guard holsters for all my cary guns. A great holster for a good price.

You might check F.I.S.T. holsters. They make a great product. They will make any custom holster and belt you want.

Top quality and economical,too.

If I ever want to carry IWB, I'm going to have to get some bigger pants and a longer belt. Or cut way back on the Leinenkugel's (and I don't see that happening!)

I go with Lobo Gun Leather. Ray is a forum-member here and does great work for a great price. Lobo Gun Leather - Home

Pictured is one Ray made for my Model 65 w/3" barrel.

Looks like a nice holster, and I hear great things about Ray's products. Question, how does the IWB holster work out without the reinforced mouth, particularly with re-holstering...? Does it stay open, and give easy re-holstering, or not? Thanks.

I don't have an IWB for revolvers but do for pistols. The Milt Sparks VM2 is nice but considering the price and wait for one, I like my Comptac MTAC. I've also been considering a Comptac appendix carry IWB for the J frame.

I have not had any difficulty in reholstering. If I recollect, Ray will add an extra piece of leather to the lip if you request it. However, y'all can e-mail him and ask if he offers this service.

Galco Summer Comfort for me

I have a model 19 and I use a Galco Summer Comfort. I love it. It's stiff enough that it doesn't collapse and it just plain fits in the 10 O'clock position (I'm a lefty).
Crossbreed Supertuck is another IWB holster that has an exceptional reputation.
