Getting short of food items and my wife told me to go pick up something for supper.

I saw that the Grocery Outlet here in Reno had chicken legs for .99 cents a pound
and they also stock Havarti cheese that my wife likes, so headed that way.

Only expected to get 4-5 items but I found 18 cage free Lg eggs for 2.19
Iceberg lettuce for 1.29 ea. , Grasshopper chocolate cookies at 1.99, Havarti Regular & Dill at 3.49 each,
and I had to pick up six Stove Top corn Bread mix at only .99 each !!

I was a happy camper, walking out of that store today.

I went to Smith's the other week for milk and bananas. Soda was on sale so I stocked up, big time. Then I spotted a whole bunch of different fun size candy bars on sale. They make desert at lunchtime. A few other things leapt into the cart and then my wife called about something else we needed. The trip cost about $96, but it was a full cart.

Whoever named them "fun sized" should be pilloried. They wouldn't fill a decent sized cavity.
