The sights as standard are pretty tall (suppressor height) is anyone using or could recommend a lower height that may be easier to draw?

Thanks

I thought the tall suppressor/optical sights looked goofy when I first saw them on my M&P 10m/m but dang, I sure shoot good with them! I guess for quick draw you would need a holster similar to the old Safariland "sight track" holster that has a hard channel for that front sight to glide on.

I really like the tall sights on my 10mm 2.0 (4.6"). Out of the box they shot POA, and they work really well with my Holosun 507C red dot. Prior to buying the 10mm, I had a hard time finding a holster to fit my original M&P 45 with a Nightstick light installed. I ended up getting a Blackhawk Omnivore for the .45. Luckily for me, the 10mm is the same frame size as the .45 and it fits the Omnivore perfectly with red dot and light installed. I've had no issues drawing with the tall sights. I'm sure that there are many new holster options available now, so you ought to be able to find one that works for you.

My M&P 10mm 4.6" barreled gun came with the tall sights to deal with red dot sights.

I prefer regular sights to RDSs. Got replacement sights from S&W, happy that I did. Don

What holster brand and model is causing you problems ?? Sounds more like a holster issue that anything to do with sights .

I had a M&P core with tall sights for 11 years and never found the tall sight to be an issue . I also use a MTAC holster .

what standard sights did you get from S&W? The optics cut slides have a different rear dovetail cut.
