I have a 300blk CMMG. I only shoot it suppressed. I don't reload. I wish my my CMMG was a S&W. I like the upgrades you did. Awesome gun there.

Just so it was a S&W? Which of his changes could you not do on the CMMG? I was not aware of anything you could not do unless you were in a communist state of ca,ct,hi,il,nj,ny. He does have a nice firearm!! Be Safe,

Thanks for the compliment on the rifle. CMMG is a good quality rifle put together by those folks in good state of Missouri. There's nothing that you can't do with money saved and buy upgrades over time to make that rifle your ultimate dream rifle.

Red fish, Yes my favorite load is a sierra TNT 125 gr HP with 17 gr. H 110 (or W 296) in reformed LC brass. The big hog took it at an angle on the left shoulder blew up the heart but he ran like the wind for sixty yards. There was no exit hole. For plinkers I shoot 147 gr FMJ with 15.8 gr of the same powders, I have never played with the loads to tighten groups as this is a plinking/hunting cartridge at short ranges and is accurate enough for my needs.

Thanks for the advise will use for future reference. Likewise I'm using for hunting and plinking at the local range.
