M&P 22 used prices (not a compact)

Ran across a used M&P 22 pistol , in the box,with one magazine. Gun looks about like new. Does need a good cleaning. I would rate it 98%+-. What is a fair price for it.

I would expect $260-$275 in a gun store...would be a little more if it had both mags included.

Paid $225 for my used one.
$260 for my new one, a year later (compact came out).
