That is a heck of deal! It makes me think about buying another one as a matter of fact.

Just bought one at gunbuyer.com for about that same price with free 2 day shipping...

But that was non-suppressor-ready, although still a deal.

The factory threaded gun for $269 is just stupid-cheap.

I have to admit, I bought another one. At that price, I just couldn't help myself.

$269.99 + $17 ship + $15 transfer + $301.99 into my safe, ready for a can.

God, PSA is going to be the death of me yet (if my wife finds out).

Supposedly (I'm no expert tho) they are all suppressor ready. One model (the one on PSA) has extended, threaded barrel and the other version has a standard length barrel with the threaded portion capped. I don't have supressors (yet anyways) but they are both smoking deals!

They are all threaded barrels. The non-suppressor ready ones have the threads covered by a (tightly applied) cap. If you buy one without a suppressor adapter already installed (like these), you have to purchase a 1/2"-28 suppressor adapter, like I did for my current M&P 22C. These can add anywhere from $25 to $50 to the price. Getting one with an adapter installed saves money.

Added to the cart, looking for other guns to add to the order to make it worthwhile....

Dayum . . . . PSA wants $51 for ground shipping.
Is that normal? Just for 3 of these M&P22 Compacts.

Oh, I didn't realize that. Is the threaded adapter removable and you can cap it off? That would definitely make it a better deal!

Buds has it for $289 it seems, and that's with free shipping, versus $269+$17=$286 at PSA. I've been happy with Buds shipping time and heard horror stories about PSA.

Oops, nm, the one Buds has isn't the extended threaded barrel one.

It looks like the barrel is threaded to 1/2 x 28. That bothered me as I was about to check out, as the threading might not have the silencerco sparrow-compatible shoulder, which would add the cost of yet another adapter to avoid tearing up the o-ring. Plus FFL cost & shipping, it isn't a deal anymore, at $370 all things included. But if you have another type of suppressor, this could be a great deal.

I was ready to buy a second one (I have 4k rounds through mine, only one issue, that CS fixed). I may still, but since I already have the EWK adapter (which works), I'll wait for a good price on the standard version and share parts.

All the same, thanks for the heads-up, and this is a great deal for some of us.

The barrell isn't threaded to 1/2-28. That's a screw-on adapter, same as your EWK. Otherwise you couldn't get the slide off the barrel. From Smith's own website:

Threaded Barrel with Thread Adapter - Fits Most 1/2x28 thread suppressors

However see the post immediately above yours for a pretty good price on the standard version.

FWIW, I run my Spectre II on a number of non-silencerco-shoulder hosts with no ill effects.

I'll harass my local dealer to meet the price. He has made many a $ off me ;)

As much as I hate to buy things online. I really like to examine what I buy before paying for it. I took a chance on it since paying $279.99 with free shipping to my FFL was hard to pass up. And I couldn't find any LSG's in my area that could even come close to the price. The best part is the gun came in perfect condition. :)

Regular 1/2x28 pistol threads won't tear up the o-ring since it won't reach it. The muzzle crown will sit just beneath the o-ring when fully tightened.

I bought one from PSA last night. It shipped to my FFL this morning. Great deal!
