Is anyone having an issue with 15 round magazines rattling when fully loaded?

I've tried 3-4 different magazines with a few different brands of ammo. Round #7, or rounds 6 and 8 move front to rear and make a very audible click. I've even pulled out a couple rounds and there is still movement of the cartridges inside.

Very annoying. Any ideas?

I have noticed the same on mine, and actually on my Sigma as well. The rattle normally goes a way when the mag is loaded in the pistol.

My M&P 40 mags don't seem to rattle but try giving the side of the loaded magazine a sharp rap against the palm of your hand to realine the cartridges. My Kel-tec P-11 magazines do rattle and slapping them against the palm of my hand a couple times stops the rattle.

I called Smith and Wesson about it, they said its because of the rails inside. Tried exchanging them, new ones rattle too. Just one of those things I guess. Only does it with my 40 though 45 is fine.

I think it is just the random way the rounds settle in a double stack mag. It leaves space for a round to shift. I think you may find loaded in the pistol or in a mag holder they dont really rattle much.
