M&P .40 CONV QUESTION

Can you purchase and drop in a .357 Sig barrel,,, for the full size .40 and if so where ?

Yes, I went the other direction and put a 40 S&W in a 357Sig M&P fs. Check Midway or Brownells.

I got a factory Smith & Wesson barrel for my fullsize from Midway and I also got a Storm Lake 357 for my 40 compact which is my daily carry and I am thinking about carrying my 40 compact with the Storm Lake barrel instead of the 40 because it shoots much more accurately!

You can also get a 9mm bbl to drop into the .40(needs 9mm mags though) for low cost target work)

I have the 9mm and 357 Sig factory barrels from S&W. They work great. See other replies on sources +1 on Midway.
