M&P .40 with Sig .357 barrel purchase

I bought a M&P .40 cal from my brother who had retired from law enforcement. The magazines had .40/.357 sig designations on them. He told me he had ordered the .357 sig barrel that he included in the sale. I love the weapon with .357 sig barrel assembled and frankly have not even fired .40 cal ammo through that barrel. Is this what s&w calls a full sized M&P?

Without photographs, it is hard to tell if you have a full size or the compact.

Using your brother's profession, I would guess it is a full size. On the slide, is that a c after the number 40?
