Just be prepared for it to have a so-so trigger. In my case I once bought a nice M&P 40, but it had a "Mass" trigger and about a 12 lb. pull. But after an Apex flat faced trigger mod it became a beautiful shooter.

This one has a nice trigger but no discernible reset. Other than that, it is a one owner gun in very good condition with all accessories. It was not a LE trade-in.

I think I can get it for $350 and although have no need for it, any gun in the mid $300 range, especially in 45acp makes me look twice.

I'd buy it for $350. Nice find. My 1.0 45 compact has the apex striker block and some grip stippling. It's like a magic bullet launcher.
