Elector wiggles back and forth and side to side. Is that normal. Could it be the cause of my feeding problems. All my other handguns are rock solid.

Did you lose the spring?

ejector not extractor:)

if your ejector is loose, i would think that it's not installed on the sear block properly. first thing to do is take the sear block out and have a look.

I forgot to add that my 9c has thumb safety. I am not sure if that matters. Anyways, i am not sure if i feel like tearing into a pistol which ive just had over a week.

Both my 9FS and 9c have thumb safeties (since removed) and both have somewhat loose ejectors. I've taken the sear blocks apart on both and there's no way for the ejectors to be attached any more solid than they are (at least on the sear block with the thumb safety mechanism).

Okay, great. Can anyone else confirm if this is normal?

For the record, my 9c has never had any issues at all, but my 9FS had multiple light primer strikes from the get-go. Prior to my last class, I took the 9FS slide down and cleaned out the striker channel. Now it cranks on the primer. Feed/ejection issues have never occurred for me in either pistol even with the rattling ejectors.
