I recently bought an M&P 9c a couple weeks ago, its been awesome so far.
I was practicing some reloads yesterday with empty mags and one of my magazines, the one with the pinky extension, stays inside the mag well when I press the mag release. (This only happens when the slide is locked back). I have to either just pull it out or thrust downwards a little for it to fall out. My other mag falls out normally without assistance. I'm just wondering if anyone else had come across this issue before. The magazine appears to be normal and not damaged. Not sure what it could be. If i slowly place the magazine in, i can hear the click of it locking. Then if I kind of shake my gun a bit or push in the magazine a little bit more, another click-like noise can be heard and the magazine won't fall out when I press the mag release.
I will be contacting S&W tomorrow to ask about this and get another pinky extension for my other mag.
