I recently picked up the above mentioned gun. I know it gets mixed reviews and seems to be a love or hate type of gun. Only issue so far is that the laser works perfectly when not firing the gun. But as soon as you fire, the recoil knocks something (batteries maybe) loose and wont work again until you re-seat the batteries, and then it works fine again for a few rounds. Then repeat. Is this why they switched over to the crimson trace on the current model of this gun? and any sufgestions or previous experiences on a fix? Lock-tite maybe?

Thanks in Advance,

DW

Have you got the cylinder to lock up on it yet?
I just traded one off. It's a shame because it was a nice shooting gun, I just couldn't carry anything that would jam just by staging the trigger.
Please do yourself a favor, squeeze the trigger until the cylinder is halfway between chambers, release the trigger and try squeezing it again.

The laser is the least of the problems you are likely to encounter with these things.

I wouldn't put good money after bad chasing a better laser.
