Need a little help from the members here.
I have a 2.0 Comp Carry edition pistol.
It comes with the plastic spacers/plates as needed, but I think this pistol is going to be in my safe and EDC rotation for a long time to come.
I run a Deltapoint Pro on it. It’s my choice for carry optic.
I’d like to get a metal plate (aluminum, steel are fine) just something other than factory plastic.

Even torqued properly, I can’t see how a plastic shim lasts long term and would not like to find out the hard way.

What part number/source for the proper metal based plate to mount the DPP on my pistol?

TIA!

FYI, if you haven't ordered yet, some people have reported getting the appropriate OEM metal plate (they still come with LE SKU pistols) for free from S&W by calling customer service.

If you have, not to jinx it, but C&H hasn't become known for great QC over the past few years. I've got 3 plates from them. The RMR plates for an M&P 2.0 and a CZ P-10 fit pretty nicely, but my M&P 2.0 509 ACSS plate was not a particularly snug fit.

Thank you sir. I found them via OpticsPlanet for a decent price. I’m going to try it (already bought…on the way soon) and I can return it if it’s not up to snuff. I’ll most likely call S&W customer service today to see if that’s available. My Roll pin on my Shield Plus Comp up front has been walking a tad, so I’m going to see if they can ship me one of those as well. Thanks again.

Good call getting it from Optics Planet. Many people have complained of less-than-professional responses from C&H when they voiced complaints.

Shield roll pins walking has been an issue with some guns going back to the 1.0. On mine, it was the rear pin. My Shield Plus hasn't had an issue as of yet.
