M&P CORE vs M&P 2.0

I'm thinking about buying a M&P CORE 9mm used for $450. I've got a M&P 2.0 9mm now with a Red Sight with a polish trigger.
Will the CORE be better than my M&P 2.0 enough to justify the $450?

How is it mounted?
What BUIS do you have and where are they mounted relative to the RDS?
Are the BUIS co-witnessed with the RDS?
Is it the short or long slide model?
How well do you shoot it?
What do you expect to gain buying the CORE?
Does the CORE have only factory parts?
How well used is the CORE?
